Riedl Nebbiolo fully manifests the spiciness of the vine and the floral.
The aroma has a strong intensity, the spiciness of the grape is well highlighted, the pepper is clean, as well as the floral, acacia and geranium parts; currants and raspberries make up the fruity part, which then spreads out towards a blood orange and pomegranate; the roasting is only hinted at.
The palate is very savory, fully represents the territory where it was born, combining salinity to lightness. On the palate the roasting is slightly more pronounced, the aromas change and the fruit becomes more yellow and ripe, nectarine and apricot, aromas of medicinal herbs also emerge. Excellent length but with a mild expressiveness, soft, polite.
Gastronomic wine, able to adapt to many foods for its excellent flavor.
Pressing with whole grapes- Fermentation of the must in new barriques for about one month- Racking in second year Tonneau for aging that lasts about 24 months- Aging in bottle for one year.
the must of which has been placed in 500 LT Tonneau and decanted after the first month and put back in the same containers and remained for two years to refine.
Serve at a temperature of 12/13 º C
