Let us take you on an exclusive food and wine experience. We will begin with a visit to our wine cellar to introduce you to the story of Pratello and discover the places where our wines are made. At the end of the tour we will welcome you in an exclusive location by the pool. The familiar warmth and dynamism of the Pratello reality will pamper you in a tasting tour of five premium wines combined with as many local dishes, prepared using our raw materials and products from Bottega Contadina.
The experience will end with the tasting of one of our spirits, accompanied by a traditional dessert made by the expert hands of our pastry chef.

  • Appetizer: Chi dorme non piglia pesci – our trout tartare marinated with Lake citrus and Evo Casaliva Oil
  • First courses:
  • Tortello Belante – Tortello stuffed with goat cheese on summer cream from our vegetable garden
  • Muto come un pesce – Tagliolino with lake ragout
  • Second course: Agnus Dei – Lamb cut based on availability
  • Dessert: E se son rose fioriranno – rose cake with custard
