Upon confirming your event, please let us know if you require an invoice to be issued at the time of payment.

For group bookings, a 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, and the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: you may reschedule the event within 12 months, keeping both the deposit and the quoted rate valid, or receive a voucher equal to the deposit amount (valid for 6 months) to be used for products or experiences at our estate.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancellation within 30 days is due to serious family circumstances, supported by a medical certificate, the conditions of the first policy will apply.

Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event by cash, debit card, or major credit cards. Please note that American Express and cheques are not accepted.

• Availability is valid only on the date this quotation is issued and cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation by email and, where applicable, the required deposit.
• Specific terms and conditions may apply to large group bookings.
