In the autumn and winter seasons, subject to booking, we serve typical local dishes such as soups, roasted and braised meats, stews and spit-roasts. On the other hand the outdoor patio, under a splendid gazebo and surrounded by ancient mulberry trees, is perfect for the summer months, when you can share a meal of fresh pasta and delicious grilled meats. Most of the products served in the Pratello restaurant are rigorously from the farm: from salamis to vegetables via preserves, flour, fruit, olive oil and wine, everything is truly natural. Because this is our philosophy: to eat well and healthily, taking advantage of the vast legacy of products of the land - or rather, of the Pratello gardens - the restaurant's main supplier. This farm is in constant activity: production is never-ending and attention to quality is always at centre stage to ensure guests a rich and appetising menu which will delight even the most exacting of palates.
