Guided tour of the cellar to discover the places where the grapes are processed and the wines are aged. Explain of the differents DOC and of their native grapes. The itinerary continues with the tasting of:

- Ottocento San Martino della Battaglia Doc

- Torrazzo Valtènesi Rosso

In combination with a taste of local cold cuts and cheeses.
