In the Valtenesi area white Riesling grapes are grown (mostly Italico but some Renano); also Chardonnay and Manzoni Bianco. Several years ago we added Pinot Grigio (used for DOC Garda Pinot Grigio) and Sauvignon Blanc.
For red wines, for the DOC Valtenesi we grow Groppello, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Barbera. A significant role is also played by the Rebo grape variety, in which the firm is investing heavily for the wine Mille1.

To put the finishing touch on the occasion, there are two kinds of tasting: basic, with crostini and olive oil accompanying three different wines, and the aperitif, with an extensive buffet of cold meats, cheeses, olives and snacks, with three different wines.
